Book a pick-up in four easy steps
Before booking the courier, make sure you have your Andent account number and practice phone number ready.
Arranging a satchel pick-up from our partner courier service is quick and easy, so your cases get to us as fast as possible.
Simply pack each case in the satchel with a printed consignment note attached and make sure it's ready for pickup. A $16.50 + GST fee applies if the case isn’t ready, or the satchel is missing a consignment note.
Our courier partner will pick up the parcel from your door step, on the same day*.

If you have run out of courier satchels, you can easily order pay-as-you-go courier satchels directly from our website**.
Simply click on the link below, fill out the order form, and our premium courier partner will deliver them to your specified address.
Note: Delivery is only available to physical addresses, not PO boxes.
