We understand that you need your patients’ cases turned around quickly. That’s why we’re dedicated to quick turnaround times, without ever compromising on the work or quality that we send out.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your case in our lab. When your case is ready for dispatch, we’ll send you a second email advising you that it’s on the way, with tracking details for your added convenience.

Q: How fast can you turn around a crown?A: Our 48 Hour Range of crowns can be crafted in 48-hours in a range of materials. Find out more here.

Q: Please send/email me more lab sheets.A: You can download lab sheets from our Forms & Guides page. You can also find these in the resource centre when you login to the Andent+ portal. The Andent+ portal also allows you to order physical copies of lab sheets, simply login and head to the resource centre.
Q: What are your prices for implant crowns?A: Our crowns are crafted in a variety of materials. Please get in touch with our customer service team on 03 9650 6766 to request a price list, or login to the Andent+ portal and select resource centre. Here you can download a number of Andent resources including our price list.
Q: Where can I get a copy of my invoices?A: You can get in touch with our customer service team on 03 9650 6766 from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can login to your Andent+ portal where you can see all of your current invoices and make payments directly through the portal.
Q: Do you charge for pick up and delivery of cases?A: We use and recommend TOLL. You can order TOLL pay-as-you-go satchels here.
Q: Do you offer metal-free restorations?A: We use a range of quality materials in our restorations including non-metal materials. Visit our Crowns and Bridges page to find out more about the materials we use.
Q: Can you send me your mouthguard colour chart?A: You can download a copy of our mouthguard colour chart here. If you’d like a physical copy sent to you, please get in touch with our customer service team on 03 9650 6766 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Q: Shade TakingA: We use a variety of systems and can match almost all shades requested. For all cases, especially cases that have difficult shades, we encourage that photos are added to the job to create a more accurate guide to your patient’s requirements. We recommend using the VITA Classical shade guide and VITA Tooth-guide 3D MASTER® shade guide to match shades. If you are unsure of which shade to use we do custom shade matching at our Melbourne laboratory for an added charge.
