Other than public holidays, we’ll be staying open throughout December and January, so you can access all of Andent’s laboratory services right through the holiday period.
Need a case before the holidays?
We're ready to accept your cases and our team will have them back to you in time to spread some Christmas cheer before the holidays. Simply send your orders to us by these dates to receive them back prior to Christmas*.
When will Andent be closed?
We will only be closed from 25th - 26th December 2025 and 1st - 2nd January 2026. Please take this into account when sending your cases. We can assure you that business continues as usual outside of these dates.
Our denture department will be short-staffed from 22nd December 2025 - 5th January 2026; delays on some products are possible.
Going on a break? We'll work around you.
While our lab will remain open during the holiday period, aside from the days mentioned above, we understand many surgeries will be closing over the holiday period.
Please take a moment to advise us of your surgery closure dates through the "Manage Account" section in Andent Plus Portal. This is to ensure your cases are not delivered when your surgery is unattended.
